How is the shipping cost calculated?
It depends on the size, weight and destination of the package. When the total amount of the order is over 50$, you will enjoy the “free shipping” service.

When will my order arrive? How can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, we will ship it within 2 business days. The delivery time will depend on your destination and the shipping method you choose, and it will arrive within 12-24 business days after the order is shipped. If you purchase items from multiple Fashion Women's Clothing Sales orders, you will receive multiple packages. We will update you by email on the delivery status and estimated delivery date of your order.
To view your orders, you can also track them in “ORDERS” in your account.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You can cancel your order as long as we have not packed it for you. If the order is cancelled, we will refund the full amount paid for the order.

What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will wholeheartedly help you. Simply send it back within 30 days of receiving it.
We will inspect the item and if it is in good condition, we will refund the amount you paid, including any duties and taxes.
For a full refund, all items must be returned to us in undamaged/unused condition, in the same condition you received them, with the original packaging and all tags and markings (e.g. shoes should be returned with their original box).
