Once you place an order, we place an authorization hold on the order amount. This means that the charge for it will be held on your card. However, your card will not actually be charged until your order ships.

Why do I have a pending charge on my card?
When you place an order with a credit card, the charge for it will be put on your card. However, your card will not actually be charged until your order ships.

When you place an order with a debit card, the charge will be debited from your account. However, your bank will only pass it on to us when your order ships.

This can only be done for a limited time. Therefore, if your order is delayed for any reason, we may ask your bank to extend the hold until it is needed to ship your order.

If your order is cancelled for any reason, we will ask your bank to lift the hold and return the funds to your account. This usually takes 7-21 days, but the time may vary depending on your bank’s policy. Please contact your bank for more information.

Will there be any additional duties and taxes?
The price you see includes all duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable). We won’t charge you anything else.

Will I be charged additional taxes after I receive my order?
Good news: No need to worry about additional fees or taxes. We’ll never charge you more than what you see at checkout. However, your credit card company may add a surcharge for international transactions. Unfortunately, these charges are beyond our control. If you’re unsure, contact your bank or credit card company for more information about international transaction fees.

How do I use a coupon code?
If you’re using a coupon or coupon code, enter or copy it into the relevant box on the Checkout page. Don’t worry, coupon codes are not case sensitive. If your coupon code doesn’t work, it could be because:
