Returns & Exchanges
If there is any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Just send it back within 30 days of receiving it.
We will check the status of the item and, if it is in good condition, we will refund the amount you paid for it, including any duties and taxes.
In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us in undamaged/unused condition and in the same condition you received them, with the original packaging and all tags and tags attached (e.g. shoes should Returned with original shoe box).
The safety and hygiene of our customers is very important, so some items cannot be returned for refunds, including:
Face + Body products if opened, used or if protective seal is incomplete
Underwear hygiene seal is incomplete or any labels are torn
Swimwear hygiene seal is incomplete or any labels are damaged
Jewelry/jewelry seals tampered with or damaged
The sealed packaging has been opened or damaged.
How do I return an item?
To return an item you will need to post your return using your preferred international courier to the following address:

In order for us to further assist in processing your return, please ensure that your order ID is visible in the return address and include a copy of your invoice or confirmation email, including your order number and contact information.
We recommend sending your item back using insured and trackable shipping and retaining the tracking number. Please note that Fashion Women's Clothing Sales will not be responsible for lost returns or return shipping costs
If you prefer, you can have us handle returns for you. In this case we will deduct 10$ from your refund to cover return shipping and handling charges.
To get started, submit a return request here. You will need to include your order number, item name and reason for return. Upon receipt of your request, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and commercial invoice. Please print the invoice and attach it to your shipment.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return and check that everything is OK, we will refund the money to your original payment method in approximately 2-3 weeks. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
How long is my return deadline?
You have 30 days from the day you receive the item to send the item back to us. Please note that we are unable to accept returns after this time.
Can I exchange the item?
Sorry, we are not accepting exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange one item for another, please return the original item and place a new order.
